Summary: If you need a quality print in a rush and value fast/good communication online, then this print shop is great. However, the book itself is not 100% polished but good enough for a class project.
Full Experience: Had to print a children’s book for a class project and I messaged 20 printing shop pages of which I received no response or very slow replies. GL Prints was the only one who answered my call and responded right away. They also started printing on the day itself. If I contacted them sooner, then I would’ve received the books within the day but not a problem since I got it the next morning. All in all it’s a great customer experience. Would highly recommend it.
